1	General study opportunties
	As well as providing ongoing professional training and development opportunities, Youthtown supports staff to undertake study by paying a percentage of fees upon successful completion or giving staff paid time to attend lectures and seminars with the Executive Director's sign off.

2	Staff discounts
	Staff are eligible for significant discounts when enrolling their children into Youthtown Holiday and After School Programmes and they tell us they love being close to their kids throughout the day!
